Saskatoon Police say a situation involving what was believed to be a stolen truck out of Edmonton involved a pursuit around twenty-to-three Saturday morning. The vehicle was at Avenue W South and 11th Street West, headed for city limits and stop sticks were laid down. The Air Support Unit followed the pursuit and in their social media post indicated they guided patrol officers and the Canine Unit to a field southwest of the city where suspects were hiding.

An Amador County Sheriff deputy successfully deployed a spike strip during a pursuit, but the suspect vehicle still continued driving, according to the Amador County Sheriff’s Office. The pursuit began at around 1 a.m. on Friday when a deputy initiated a traffic stop on an Acura SUV that was being driven by Allen Kesler, 26, of Pine Grove, a known wanted suspect, according to the sheriff’s office.

A Yorkville man will spend more than a decade in prison for his part in the 2020 shooting death of a Trotwood man. William Denny, 37, was sentenced to 12 years in prison Friday. He was convicted on counts of involuntary manslaughter, felonious assault, tampering with evidence, and having weapons while under disability in connection to the killing of David Robinson, 41.

Motorist Arrested After Police Chase in Wilmington Area – MyNewsLA.com – California

Authorities arrested a man Tuesday after he led them on an SUV chase through the Wilmington area. Following the pursuit, police took the suspect into custody shortly after 11 a.m. near Wilmington Boulevard and Anaheim Street when he abandoned his vehicle and fled on foot. Although the arrest was successful, officials have not yet released his name. Meanwhile, the Santa Clara County Sheriff’s Office reported that a separate freeway pursuit involving a stolen vehicle ended earlier this week with the seizure of weapons and drugs.
