Saskatoon Police say a situation involving what was believed to be a stolen truck out of Edmonton involved a pursuit around twenty-to-three Saturday morning. The vehicle was at Avenue W South and 11th Street West, headed for city limits and stop sticks were laid down. The Air Support Unit followed the pursuit and in their social media post indicated they guided patrol officers and the Canine Unit to a field southwest of the city where suspects were hiding.

An Amador County Sheriff deputy successfully deployed a spike strip during a pursuit, but the suspect vehicle still continued driving, according to the Amador County Sheriff’s Office. The pursuit began at around 1 a.m. on Friday when a deputy initiated a traffic stop on an Acura SUV that was being driven by Allen Kesler, 26, of Pine Grove, a known wanted suspect, according to the sheriff’s office.

Kristopher Campbell, 35, from Poplar Bluff, was wanted in Colorado for robbery with intent to kill. According to the Colorado Springs Police Department, a gas station was robbed at knifepoint on December 30, 2021, and the suspect took an undetermined amount of cash. He was later identified as the suspect and a warrant was issued in May for his arrest.
