“This suspect’s disregard for other drivers is seen as he weaves in and out of traffic, putting so many others in danger,” Hillsborough County Sheriff Chad Chronister said. “Little did he know, our aviation unit never lost sight of his every move.”

Towards the end of the video, the Porsche looks to have spun out of control, but it wasn’t clarified if the suspect drove over stop-sticks or simply lost control of the car. After the crash, he bailed.

Chevy cavalier driver attempts to outrun Arkansas state police obviously fails video – Arkansas

It’s pretty wild to see just how much abuse a car can take in one of these police chase videos. As is often the case, the cars involved in the chase perform surprisingly well – right up to the point they stop performing at all. The Chevy Cavalier in the following chase video is one such example.

The video is a little under 30 minutes long, and shows the chase from start to finish, including multiple angles from the squad cars involved. Looking at the video overlay, we see this particular incident occurred on November 21st, 2023, around 4:50 p.m. local time in Miller County, Arkansas.

As the video gets under way, we see Officer Tyler Gentry pulling over a black Chevy Cavalier on U.S. Highway 67 and Country Road 53. The driver pulls over at first, and we see officer Gentry talking to the driver, letting them know that the reason they were pulled over is because they were following too closely behind a truck and they were driving with an expired license plate.
